We offer a range of spiritual and religious products including yantras, spiritual books, puja items, and customized devotional products. All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product. Our products are traditional spiritual items presented for their cultural and devotional significance.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. We accept payments via:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, and other UPI apps)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
  • Other payment methods available via our payment gateways (PhonePe/Cashfree)

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or COD confirmation.

5. Customized Products

Customized yantras and personalized items are made to order. Once an order for a customized product is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product type. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized products, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of BOOK BABA ONLINE and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BOOK BABA ONLINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
